hi, i’m nathan. i build things i care deeply about with people i care deeply about.
studying philosophy, with minors in mathematics, computer science, and statistics and machine learning. substantial coursework in electrical and computer engineering, english, and the humanities.
six months ago i started a precision RTK GNSS hardware company. it turns out building real hardware is hard and very fun!
managing the electrical systems for a self-landing and thrust-vectoring rocket. also designed the C&DH for a cubesat going to space!
cooking up something very special with on of my best friends. stay tuned :)

autodidacticism is a wonderful practice, because your curriculum is unbounded and your speed is self-determined.
for those who build: curiosity, kindness, and the ability to lock the fuck in are the most important skills.
working hard is hard. working hard on the right thing is so much harder. this is not just because it requires clear vantage over the problem space, but because it requires judgement. that judgement is taste.
the world is quite malleable.
it’s so easy to get caught up in speed and execution. slow, calm reflection, and the meta-analysis of your own thoughts is an enormously useful skill.
